| 1 12 oz can French bread dough | 2 tblsp olive oil |
| 2 tblsp sun-dried tomato pesto | 2 tblsp Parmesan cheese, grated |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking tray lightly with the olive oil.
Unroll the dough on a work surface and coat with the pesto, up to 1 inch from the edge.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the cheese and roll up lengthwise. Place on the baking tray, seam side down, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden.
Serve by itself, or as a side dish to Pasta with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts.
