2 smoked pork chops | 1 tblsp brandy |
1 medium onion, sliced | 1 cup heavy cream |
1/2 chicken stock cube | 1 teasp sugar |
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Crumble in the stock cube, add the brandy and cream and cook gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally - don't let the cream curdle. Add a little water if the mixture becomes too dry.
Serve with potatoes and a green vegetable.
