Lentil and Potato Patties (WIP)

Lovely Meal

I was given this recipe by Karen from 'Flow' when we met again recently after 19 years!

What a wonderful surprise to see her and Horst, still on the same boat, this time in Tonga, Pacific.

Nev and I first met them in Grenada, when we were cruising on our first boat, Glencora.  'Flow' had a Nintendo, which was a great hit with our two boys, and kept them happy for hours playing Super Mario, while we adults could have a decent conversation for once.

This time round, the boys are not with us, but we have had some great evenings with Karen and Horst, and good food to boot!
