This is a really quick appetiser to prepare, but does need a couple of hours chilling in the fridge before serving. Serves 6 Preparation Time: 5 Minutes + 2 hours chilling |
| 16 oz. can salmon | 1/4 teasp.salt |
| 1 teasp.horseradish | 1 tblsp.lemon juice |
| 8 oz.cream cheese | Finely chopped almonds |
| 2 teasp.grated onion |
Drain and flake the salmon, removing any skin and bones. Combine with all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours. Roll into a ball and sprinkle chopped almonds over.
Serve with crackers.
