This sweet & hot sauce goes great with Seared Tuna. Go easy on the horseradish if you want a sauce with a little less kick. SERVES 4 Preparation Time: 5 Minutes |
| 1/2 cup seedless fruit jelly or jam | 1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tblsp ketchup | 1 teasp horseradish |
| 1 tblsp soy sauce |
Melt the jelly or jam in a small pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve with Seared Tuna.
