3 eggs | 1/4 tin sweetcorn |
1 small tin tuna | 8 cherry tomatoes |
16 black olives | 2 large tblsp mayonnaise |
1/2 cup cucumber, diced | 1 cup crisp lettuce, chopped |
Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut into quarters. Arrange the lettuce in two serving bowls. Flake the tuna and share between bowls. Likewise the other ingredients.
Top each bowl with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and serve.
