Perfect Rum Punch
The Caribbean is famous for its rum, of which there are many different varieties. I personally prefer the dark, almost toffee flavoured rums, rather than the white rums, especially when making this punch.
per Person
2 oz dark rum 1/4 glass pineapple juice 1/2glass orange juice Splash of grenadine dash of Angostura bitters squeeze of lime juice
Mix together all ingredients and stir well.
Serve with ice, and a little nutmeg grated on top.
