Banda Salad - Ulang Ulang (WIP)

Roscoff Salad

This  recipe was given to me by my good friend Katrina, from the good ship 'Laragh'.

We were sailing through Indonesia together, along with a number of other boats, on an organised rally.

Kat took part in a cooking session in Banda, hence the name of the recipe.

Serves as many as you want
