|4 chillies||100g crushed almonds|
|1 teasp Shrimp paste||1 tblsp white wine vinegar|
|1 teasp salt||1 tblsp coconut oil|
|1-2 shallots||1 teasp sugar|
|1 piece flaked fried tuna||Mixed vegetables|
To make the dressing:
Crush together the chillies, shrimp paste and salt. Blend together the flaked tuna, almonds, vinegar and coconut oil, and stir in the paste mixture.
Finely slice the shallots and add to the above mixture with a little water to soften. Leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
To make the salad:
Prepare and use vegetables as available e.g. Water spinach, (kang kung) cabbage,carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts.
Pour over the dressing and serve.
