Vinaigrette (New)


I can remember stopping at a Les Routiers south of Paris, where they placed a bowl of this on the table with some fresh warm baguettes.  Ripping off hunks of bread and dipping it in the Vinaigrette, we polished off the first bowl and had to ask for another two bowls - it's the Dijon mustard that makes this taste so good.

Preparation Time:    5 Minutes
Cooking Time:        None

 2 tblsp.olive oil  1 teasp.sugar
 2 vinegar  1 teasp.oregano
 1 teasp.Dijon mustard  1 garlic clove,crushed

Mix well, and pour over a green salad.
